I wish I could take the credit but this recipe is the brainchild of Jon & Vinny’s in Los Angeles and was thoughtfully given to us by Bon Appetit, where you can find the recipe.

Scooter Pie Alterations:

• 4 tbsp of Vodka instead of 2 because I have no self control.
• Pecorino Romano instead of Parmesan because I prefer it.
• Bucati Rigati because it’s more fun to say.

Use good cheese. Use good pasta. And, this should go without saying, use good vodka.
